Safeguard Pest Control was founded in 1991 by Juan M. Martinez, who has an extensive background in the pest and termite management industries. With Frank Martinez as General Manager and our much appreciated employees, Safeguard Pest Control has developed into one of the largest and most dependable locally-owned pest control companies in the Rio Grande Valley.

Our success and continuous growth have been the result of our consistent ability to provide professional services in an economical and timely manner. We also continuously strive to perform our job with high moral and ethical standards. Our list of customers includes schools, government offices, apartment complexes, restaurants, industrial plants, and of course, individual families. They are a testament to our growth and success, and for their support we are thankful.

At Safeguard Pest Control, we utilize the latest technology and innovative products to help protect your home or business. We also offer an integrated pest management approach, in which we try to avoid the use of pesticides unless other methods have not worked. We believe it is our responsibility to care for the earth's environment while still helping to control pests.

We currently have 18 employees servicing a large part of Cameron County, Hidalgo County, Willacy County, and Starr County. Our service area includes the cities of Brownsville, Harlingen, Edinburg, Raymondville, Weslaco, McAllen, Mission, Rio Grande City, and many other cities in between.
